Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. Within 14 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all Shipping & Handling charges incurred for returning any products.

  • Simply email us, than we will send you the address where you ship back your package.
  • You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. You will need to fill out our return exchange form. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns. The return or exchange item must be in good condition. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

Shipping Policy

MyCharmGifts.com offers priority and express mail from USPS. MyCharmGifts.com also offers special deals in large-quantity orders. Shipping price varies depending on destination and weight. Free Shipping is only for in state (Excluding Air shipment like Alaska & Hawaii) when offered.

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at "Order Status" page.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Order Cancelation

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return according to our 30 day money back return policy.

Please Note:

Priority domestic mail delivery for most items is about 3-5 business days (conditioned to state location). Global priority mail delivery takes 6-10 business days.

Express Priority Mail: Scheduled delivery is the two business days. Insurance included.

Express Global Priority Mail: Scheduled delivery is 3-6 business days. Insurance included.

Sales Tax:

California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within California State.
